CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION
SERVICE

Reception and proper identification of the claim.
Audit of the claim received. This service includes:
- Evaluation of the billing techniques of the suppliers.
- Determination of specific situations
- Determination of over utilization of resources.
Separation of ineligible charges.
Comparison with national order tabs: UCR, Medicare Allowable, etc.
Re-billing of the claim: according to PPO contract accessing multiple of the largest national networks as well as regional networks, direct contracts, etc.
Adjudication of the claim.
Creation of a re-invoicing report (invoice) for later use by the client.
Payment of the claim as well as creation of the respective EOB.
